Investment, explained
This pays for the design work itself: the developmental assessment, the layout, and every specification down to what sits on each shelf. It's a fixed figure you know before we begin.
Everything specified in the design — furnishings, materials, and millwork — is purchased through the studio and billed separately from the design fee. This is the part that moves most from project to project, which is why the total is a range rather than a number.
The all-in range for the finished room: design fee, furnishings, materials, millwork, and installation together. Installation is included on every tier.
One difference worth noting: Collection's range covers furnishings and installation without construction. Swift and Atelier ranges include a construction estimate, since those projects often involve built-ins and structural work.
